<p>A Charlotte family is demanding answers from Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools after they say a vice principal attacked their 13-year-old son at Renaissance West STEAM Academy in October.</p><p>Ashley Bolton said her son, Karter Bolton, was confronted by a teacher for having headphones around his neck.
