Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
Hi, Tara. Hi. So a little more about Tara. Tara Fieri is an entrepreneur, a major league pickleball.

Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
player as well as a team partner and a content creator at the intersection of sports, lifestyle, and travel. As a co-owner of the Brooklyn Pickleball team, she's helping grow one of the fastest rising sports through community events and smart marketing. It's pickleball people. While also competing as a sponsored athlete with Franklin Sports and Machikari. With a background that spans NCAA championships in college softball, nearly a decade with the New York Mets as an executive producer, and global marketing work with Ferrari, Tara now leads...

creator-driven campaign and experience across major cultural moments from the Super Bowl to the NBA All-Star Game to, you know, Miami Food and Wine. She is building a brand rooted in performance, storytelling, and community. Welcome, Tara. We're so excited to have you.

S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
That was amazing. That was amazing. Good job, Allara. That was crazy. I'm like, wait, sometimes I forget that that's my background. I'm like, wow. Yeah. So that's kind of like leads us back to why I feel like our topic on today's episode is about building momentum because Tara is a two-stroke engine. Actually, before we hopped on and started recording, I was just asking Tara, I'm like, how many days this year have you been home versus on the road? Because I feel like I'm always asking her where in the world she is.
1:44
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
Yes. No, definitely. And like I said, I feel like we've been trying to get this podcast on the books and I've been really looking forward to it. Thank you guys for having me on this lovely podcast. And I'm super excited to chat about all things. Tara, we're so excited to have you here. And I mean, I knew how accomplished you are, but I don't know that I realized that you worked with the New York Mets. And I think I'm just most curious about your journey from being...
2:10
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
working with the New York Mets to becoming a pickleball player, content creator, like everything that has led you to this point in your life? How did you get here? Wow. So big question. In two minutes or less. Yeah. Well, I love that. So that's a great question, Diana. I feel like I've had quite the journey. Being born and raised in New York, you're kind of that East Coast personality of having that go-getter.
2:37
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
It's not going to come to you. You have to go and find it. And I remember since I was a little girl, I was raised an only child. And I, you know, for me, I've always been that girl that wanted to make friends. And I was at the window and my parents were like, you always were at the window saying, hi, my name is Tara. Like, what's your name? And like, I constantly just wanted to make friends, get to know people. And I kind of knew since.
3:01
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
I was a little girl that I wanted to be a broadcaster. Like that was my ultimate dream. I wanted to interview people, get to know them, tell their story, similar to how you ladies are doing on this podcast. And I just had that dream. And I, you know, played sports my whole life. My parents never really allowed me to watch television.
3:23
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
My dad was like, go play in the dirt outside, like make friends. And that's kind of the way I was raised. I was raised a tomboy and always wanted to keep up with the guys. And I played softball. I mean, I played all sports growing up, but I chose softball in college and luckily was able to get a scholarship to go to Pace University. And it was really crazy to balance being a student athlete along with as soon as I got to the school, I signed up for internships.
3:52
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
along with, you know, just also maintaining a social life, which, you know, I think a lot of people, it's something that I feel like I have definitely more of an extrovert personality. So I was kind of just all over wanting to make friends and play a sport and do all the things, but still have to do well in school to keep my scholarship. So after being in Pace University, I got a job in playing a spring sport, which is softball. I've been raised a diehard MET fan.
4:22
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
And my dad, when I was a little girl, got me a brick when Citi Field was being made. And it says, puppy, you are my shining star. And it's outside of Citi Field currently still. And I never forget that day where my parents, like, you know, really worked hard to be able to afford to take me to a baseball game. And it was always my dream to kind of just be a sports broadcaster and just figure out that journey. So I remember going down to Citi Field my sophomore year.
4:50
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
And I went to go interview for the New York Mets. And now I'm still in school. And I don't know what in my head I was thinking that they were going to select a college student that's playing a spring.
5:00
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
sport while baseball is happening. And I sat down in the interview process and I, I mean, I was working for the college athletic department. So this was like some real deal. I was in the big leagues and I sat down and they were like, Hey, like, can you name 10 players on the team?
5:20
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
And I remember straight off the bat, I named 10 players on the team. And I wasn't just saying I was a Mets fan. And they were very impressed by that. And then they were like, what's your availability? And I'm like, well.
5:34
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
On that front, I will do whatever I can when I don't have a game that I will make sure to work and be here. And they were very intrigued by that. And I remember walking out at the time. I had an AOL and my email address was like tarasoftball28 at AOL.com.
5:51
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
And I was like, there's no way like I'm going to hear back from them. Like I just wanted to go out there and just do it. And soon enough, I got a call and I got the job and they were very flexible with my working schedule. And that was my first job while I was in college. And if I wasn't working a baseball game, I was playing in a softball game and driving back and forth an hour and a half from Citi Field all the way up to Westchester. So, yeah, that's that's kind of how it all started.
6:20
S…
Speaker 3 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
That's so cool. I love that you just like went out there. I don't know that I would have had the courage to be like, why would they hire a college student who has no availability? And I love that you just showed up as your authentic self, like obviously such a huge Met fan and it worked out.
6:35
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
It worked out and I'm still looking back. I mean, I was with the Mets now for eight seasons. So being my first job and then I worked with the Knicks during that time, too, and separate basketball season. And I just remember I just was going from sport to sport, balancing my sport. Didn't didn't have a summer until literally I graduated college. I was like, wait, I can go to the beach with my friends like this is.
6:59
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
Like I could have a normal life and not play three games a day. And that was where the work ethic, I feel like, started to kick in and kind of growing up pretty fast of being a woman in like a male dominated field. Do you still want to be a sports newscaster out of curiosity? You know, it's funny. So I've definitely, you know, working with the Mets and Knicks and.
7:22
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
And I actually, side note, also was a color commentary for Verizon Files for soccer. I had to learn soccer for like 24 hours before being on air. And which is another crazy story. But, you know, I definitely for pickleball, like people ask me, like, are you going to come back in there and like be out there? I definitely see myself getting back out there for sure. And doing those interviews and Dave Fleming and I talked about it. Who's the voice of pickleball.
7:49
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
And he was like, you got to get in the booth with me this year. And I was like, you know what? I think I may come in the booth with you. I guess that leads me to my next question of, you know, while this is all happening, right, like in the era that we live in, right, we're always posting on our own social media and stuff and, you know, sharing these amazing experiences that we're having. When did you realize that you were building a brand and not just posting content? At what point did that flip switch for you?
8:15
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
I think in college, it's funny because thinking about it, I'm like, wow, college, like social media wasn't as big as when it was when, you know, I was in college. Right. Like it was like you post a picture on social media, you go to the Valencia filter and like on Instagram. And that's like what you use to kind of edit your photos. So that's kind of like.
8:38
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
I wish, you know, nowadays, like with the college students and I tell like my younger friends and like the kids that I mentor, I'm like, utilize all those NIL opportunities, really building your brand and getting to know people to know you, who you are on and off the field or the court. And so like I really didn't have that like big opportunity in college. And I kind of was just posting because I just like like to post. And we also weren't really allowed. There's a lot of restrictions. So I would say like when I started working with the Mets, people.
9:07
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
you know kind of got to know me more and they were like you know you're so interesting like you should definitely post more about this like you should definitely talk more about this you're so relatable so i kind of just started posting more about the stuff that i was doing and you know being that you're able to be a broadcaster but you still can walk the runway in a swimsuit like you can be a woman a fierce woman but also you know be beautiful and confident and do the things that you want to do so i kind of just
9:34
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
started to align myself with that and feeling more comfortable with just posting and building a brand and not allowing that you know just being a corporate image just be that like you know I often hear from people that are successful influencers like yourself that there is like a point when they first start posting that they feel a bit cringe or they're just like there's someone close to me that probably feels like this is cringe and there's like a lot of like kind of
10:00
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
A little bit of self-doubt that creeps in. But like if you just push forward like through that phase, right, something amazing happens. But there's kind of like a little bit of a growth period.
10:10
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
Oh, for sure. I mean, I tell all my friends, they're like, how are you able to pose and talk on camera and do all of that in person like so easily? And I've kind of just I'm like, even with Hunter, like because he's more introverted than I am. And I'm like, babe, like go and like pose here and like let me take this photo of you and like say this. And he's like, no, like there's people watching. I'm like, just do it. Just do it. And like for me, I kind of just tell my friends and stuff. I'm like, you know what? Like.
10:36
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
just post it like don't overanalyze it and i know i've been like that i've been in those times where i'm like wow like what are people gonna think does this look like okay and i've just gotten to the point now where i just post whatever feels organic to me and that fits into my life and that's why people want to follow because they want to use the things that i'm using they want to be a part of what i'm building as a community
11:00
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
And not just posting to be a pretty face or to be whatever, you know, I post like daily vlogs. I post like the things we're doing and kind of just be as relatable as possible and not really like caring or being too perfect, if that makes sense. I think that makes a lot of sense, Tara. So my background is in broadcasting and radio and TV, and they always teach you like.
11:21
S…
Speaker 3 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
It's not about me, me, me on the microphone or in front of the camera. Like to be successful, you have to relate to your audience. You have to talk about what they care about and less about what you care about, more what they care about. So what you're saying is absolutely true in that if you're relating to your audience, it's not just throwing up a bunch of attractive pictures or whatever.
11:41
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
Yeah and I think it's definitely like come a long way too because nowadays I feel like and it's nice to see that you know the world is more flexible when it comes to just posting whatever you want like nowadays we're we're coming back with like I'm writing texts on like pictures I'm swiping and different things like I'm doing stuff that I used to do like years and years ago that I thought a few years ago like this is I would never really do this and I thought I had to follow a trend to like.
12:10
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
look up all the trends to copy that trend to do something. And now I'm kind of like, no, I'm going to create my own trends and create my own things and like post the things that I want. And that's the kind of people that I want to follow me. I don't want to try and fit in somewhere else. It just makes me think about following trends and like getting likes and, you know, all of that, everything that comes with social media. I think that there is a real dark side where people can be really nasty in comments.
12:36
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
you know, chasing this thing that maybe you can't ever reach? Do you, would you, looking back, I think obviously you are having a very successful career, so it's worked out, but would you still recommend, you know, like if you had like a 13 year old sister, would you be like, yes, this is the career that you should go into? Or would you?
12:54
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
would you do it all over again? Because every 13-year-old wants to be a social media influencer. Yeah, they do. You know, that's a great question. So, you know, because also being in this phase of life of, you know, eventually building a family with Hunter, you always think about those things and stuff that I struggle with and the things that I would do better in. I would say a huge part for me that kept me focused on what's really important is my connection with my friends and family.
13:23
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
and having a skill in like a sport or a hobby.
13:27
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
I think having a skill, a hobby, something that you're passionate about definitely deters away any kind of craziness and chaos where you're kind of just looking for something to post or looking for something to talk about. When you're focused on building something that you want to build because you're passionate about it, then like that's the best way I feel like to to give someone advice. So if it's like a student athlete that's really good at a sport, you know, tell more about yourself.
13:56
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
And why you want to build, you know, a fan base and why people should follow you. And like, what are your hobbies? And like, utilize your skill sets and your hobbies to build a bigger platform to attract like a bigger audience. You know, I wouldn't say, you know.
14:10
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
to post just to post right like if you're building your brand and you want to start posting on social media it should be to eventually be able to create a career out of it or you know if you want to get because I know a lot of people they're like I want to create a career out of it so I guess my best piece of advice would just be to
14:30
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
follow your passion on what you love posting about and not letting it get distract you from all the other things because people comment on my stuff all the time and hunter stuff and they don't know us right they think they know us because they see things about us but they're just those are um what do we call them we call them keyboard warriors and they just constantly come back they wait for stuff to post and talk about and you know they're just they're consuming social media
15:00
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
Trying to learn something, trying to be better at something, trying to maybe help somebody with something. I'm not just on there trying to like put someone else down. So maybe if we all just took a little piece of advice on how we can support one another and not try and just criticize someone they don't know. Now, since entering a more public life, how do you feel like your wellness habits have changed? Like, have there been any?
15:23
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
kind of non-negotiable daily wellness habits. I mean, one that comes to mind for me, probably for you, might be matcha. But I'm sure there's a few other things. Well, you guys, we're green today. Yeah, I noticed it. I love it. No, the matcha for me, it's funny because...
15:42
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
I don't know if there can you consume is there an overdosing of matcha like I don't know if there is it's honestly just a matter of the caffeine content so it's like if you're having more than I like to say like four or five a day you're on the higher end of the spectrum for caffeine but certain people can just process they process caffeine differently than others and matcha having a lot more matcha versus having like a bunch of espresso shots is going to be a lot more easy on your belly and your mind and your sleep pattern for sure.
16:11
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
So I'd say five. I would cap out at five. Okay, we're at five. Okay, I'm definitely under five, which is good. But I'll say I've definitely converted a lot of people from thinking that matcha is just the grass, right? Like, they're like, I don't want to taste it. It's too bitter.
16:31
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
And then all of a sudden, like, I give them a great experience with it. Right. The relaxation, the meditation, the, you know, allowing them to kind of make their own little matcha their own way. And they end up there now, like, posting about and they're like, I'm obsessed. Like, I've been drinking matcha every day to a point where now people are starting to send me desserts they're making. They're making ice cream. I'm like, this is awesome. We love that.
16:59
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
I mean, for today's Earth Day, actually, and I have a friend that has an ice cream shop that made a matcha ice cream and is selling it to her customers because literally she saw me posting about matcha and now she has a matcha ice cream flavor. Wait, Tara, how did you get into matcha? Did you like it at first? See me, I've always loved matcha because I'm that friend that will go into the juice shop.
17:26
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
And drink the most greenest, bitter tasting thing you'll ever drink. Ever. Like, I don't need any sugars added to anything. I just need it to taste like.
17:39
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
Okay. Leaves. To feel good. Leaves. To feel, yeah. That makes me wonder, when you're feeling off, especially because you're doing all this travel and bouncing around, what do you do to reset, like physically or mentally? Or is there like a go-to smoothie that you have or a go-to activity that you do? I've been really into yoga lately. Yoga is something that challenges me. It's hard.
18:07
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
I'm not good at it whatsoever, but it's really taught me. It's humbled me for sure, let's just say. And I really have definitely appreciated practicing it and slowing down and really practicing those movements, especially for my mental. It allows me to just sit in stillness. And then I actually did a sound bath in my last yoga class and at my matcha party.
18:36
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
And it was really nice. It was really nice. It definitely centered me for sure. I actually have never done a sound bath. Oh, you haven't? No, I've never done one. I've like seen videos and stuff, but I've, and I feel like I've like been at a studio and there's just been like bowls around and I've like clanged them or something, but never like had a proper sound bath. No.
18:54
S…
Speaker 3 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
Didn't you have when you were pregnant with Elio? Yeah. And it was like, I think the other sound baths that I went to, I honestly fell asleep. But it was like a nice sleep. It was like a relaxing sleep. But this was like a personal sound bath. And she put the bowls on my belly. And I would feel like Elio, when he was in my belly, knew the pattern. It was so cool. So he would like press where she was about to play, which was, it was very cool. And then he was, she had this like wind chime thing. And he started dancing in my belly. It was wild. It was a very cool experience. Wow.
19:24
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
All right. This is kind of like a similar question, but phrased in a different way. How do you avoid burnout? Like while you're just constantly creating, right? How do you not kind of hit that wall of like, oh, you know, I was burnt out after you read her bio. Are you kidding me? I know. That's what I'm saying. I'm like, when do you sleep? And this is like before having kids. So I can't even imagine. I mean, I know you'll do it because you're a superwoman, but. Yeah, that's a great question because I think my husband helps me a lot with that.
19:53
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
I think he is definitely, he was raised in North Carolina.
20:00
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
in california so he's a ranch boy and he definitely has taught me to slow down and really just really simple like living type of things and which has been really nice um whether we're just some weekend up at the ranch together and like feeding the animals or just sitting down on the couch and playing rummy cube together i think him having him to kind of just
20:30
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
We both are aligned with just like the bigger purpose. Like we're very simple people at the end of the day. Like we rather have nothing than everything. And we like simple living. So I think just kind of those nights at home together and while we're traveling, kind of going back to the room together and just like decompressing and like not talking about work and life and just like coexisting, really. Tara, can you tell us, I think you and your husband have a pickleball themed wedding?
21:00
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
well no no wasn't it the engagement party it was both how did you get into pickleball yeah okay so getting into pickleball or the how the wedding thing came up one probably flows right into the other actually right yeah both i want both obviously i told you guys that i've played sports my entire life and my dad just called me up one day and was like hey like do you want to come play pickleball with my buddies and i and i'm like what is that like
21:28
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
you know, this is like an old person sport. Like, what is this? I was very skeptical of it. And then I went to the courts and I had the time of my life. I was having so much fun. I was, I felt that competitiveness in me like come out again since like college softball. I was working in sports, but I really miss competing in a sport. And my dad and I are very competitive. Like we're on the same team. Like he's always like,
21:57
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
We're always blaming each other of like whose fault it is and like typical pickleball type of, you know, banter. But he introduced me to the sport and it really changed my life in so many ways. Because like I said, I thought I was just going to be a sports broadcaster, you know, one team.
22:16
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
And then it kind of just opened up so many doors for me where I created my own marketing business. I created a community. I joined a foundation. I was able to partner with different brands and travel the world. And, you know, Machikari, you guys came into my life and it's just changed, you know.
22:37
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
so many positive things and meeting so many amazing humans and we're partners of a major league pickleball team all from me just playing pickleball with our partner we had no idea who each other were and he offered the opportunity he's like tara you need to be a decision maker and i'm like oh my goodness like who are you and like he tells me his whole background and now we're partners of a major league pickleball team and just you know
23:03
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
I've always been big on marketing and just really growing the sport in different areas. And now I just have, like, this, like, I feel I'm, like, responsible, like, for all this stuff of, like, continuously growing the sport. And, like, people are now sending me pictures, like, hey, just tried pickleball. I loved it. Or, hey, like, just got your paddle. Like, it's just, it's been such a dream.
23:28
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
Talk about building momentum. You really built that momentum with pickleball. It's crazy. I'm like, how the heck did this one, this wiffle ball just...
23:39
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
I mean, I met my husband because of pickleball, honestly. And our engagement party was the first ever wedding themed pickleball engagement party in Central Park. And now people are doing pickleball engagement parties and weddings. They're including it everywhere. It was like it blew up. It was the hottest day in New York. I remember all my friends and everyone wanted to kill us because they were like, of course, it's the hottest day in New York. The humidity is like through the roof. We thought it was going to rain.
24:08
S…
Speaker 2 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
And we had our engagement party in Central Park at City Pickle. And it was my bridal designer, my partner with Justin Alexander, and he made me, he's like, what do you want to do for your engagement party dress? And I'm like, is it possible? Like, I know this is a weird request, but like, can you make me a pickleball dress? And he's like.
24:26
S…
Speaker 1 (Episode 7 - Tara Fieri(0))
Never heard that one before, but let's do it. I feel like the pickleball gods are signaling to me right now because as a 45-year-old guy who's not in bad shape, but not in good shape, really, or any shape for that matter, I have been meaning to pick up pickleball. There's so much buzz around that. It's so exciting. I feel like this is my sign of, John, you need to finally do this.
24:48

John, you need to finally do this. And if you need a paddle, I might have a paddle or two. Tara, do you have any advice for John? Like if, you know, he wants to pick up paddle, how would he go about that?

It's still movement and you still are moving laterally. You need to stretch. And I always tell people, I'm like, before you get on the court, please stretch to avoid any injuries. Oh, I'm way ahead of again. I'm stretching even when I'm not playing sports because I'm old now. Good job, John. Hey, I thought you were like 32. Thank you. I'm 45, so I'll take that. No, but if you need a paddle, I got my Franklin paddle, so I got you.

Alara, you've played pickleball, right? I haven't. I've never played. I still haven't played. Wait, Diana, what? No, I still haven't played. It's so fun. It's like it just like what Tara says. It like kind of just gives me that like little taste of competition from playing college sports. But like you can make it as tough and as competitive or as like laid back and low key as you want.

I need to get out there. I need to do it. Even pregnant. Pregnant me. I'm going to, you know. Oh, 100 percent. That's like the best time to get out there and do it. It really is. Like I've had a friend, actually. I don't know how she did it, but she was nine months pregnant and she was moving around. I'm like, oh, my gosh, this baby's going to come out on the pickleball court. She entered a tournament and like it was pretty badass. So you can 100 percent play. Tara, as a competitive athlete, what are your like must haves in terms of?
26:35

either just preparing you to play or recovery.

So I think for athlete, like recovery is like extremely important. I have a lot of different recovery outlets. I mean, obviously stretching that you can do anywhere, but I use obviously Theragun. I have like my Therabody like warm heat that I put on my back and it's like a massager, especially for like cramping and stuff like that. I use the...

The Normatec boots. Oh, those are amazing. Yeah, so good. Great for recovery as well. I've even gotten into like, it's funny. I've even gotten into like jumping on like a trampoline and like just keeping the blood flowing and just all those things. That reminds me of, I love springboard Pilates. Have you guys ever done a springboard Pilates class? They're so fun. You just feel like you're like.

Boing, boing, boing, jumping. John, you should try it. So fun. I'm open to different things now. I'm open to trying new things. As my body is starting to say, hey, you got to start taking better care of me. I'm open to trying new things. I did a trampoline workout class in college, actually, like at Sky Zone or something. They offer them and it was like 30 minutes of just like, it was tough. I was super sore the next day. I bet. It is tough. I actually take a bunch of IVs as well, too. Like I'll have an IV probably once a month.

And, you know, obviously you take your vitamins and stuff. But for me, when they're traveling and you're recovering and I'm playing lots of pickleball, I get a lot of like.

So glutathione, elthinine, zinc, and just kind of just getting it right into the bloodstream and just keeping me healthy, you know, at least in IV once a month. Ooh, this leads me to one of my favorite questions. Tara, tell us about your skincare routine. For example, do you prefer, if you're a one-day washer person, do you wash your face in the morning or at night? Let's start off with that. Or both. I do both.

Because I get sweaty a lot. Not like, okay, Hunter, my husband gets really sweaty. I don't know, it's a genetic thing. I definitely don't get as sweaty. But when I'm going to, let's say a hot Pilates in the morning and then at night, like I'm really big on exfoliating too. So I probably exfoliate my skin, I would say like two or three times a week and then use like a gentle cleanser morning and night.

And then at night I'll put on an exfoliating cream. It's called cream number 11 that I use for my skin place in New York. And pretty much I just put it on at night and it helps exfoliate my skin like during the night. And then I just at night wash my face. Interesting. Night exfoliation. I like that.

Yeah, it's really simple. For me, I've noticed, I used to go to Sephora and buy every single product. And now I'm like, I use a Cytophil simple cleanser, and less is more with the ingredients. I'm really big with ingredients, so less.

Is more for me and like that will help my skin not react because I struggle with acne sometimes. So for me, I noticed that the products I use kind of are variant upon the season or like the climate I'm in. Yes. So it's like I'll use like a different.
