Zoom call transcripts and summaries, automatically
Connect your Zoom account once. Every cloud recording is transcribed, speaker-labelled and summarized the moment it is ready — without a bot ever joining your call.
No bot joins your call
Most meeting assistants send a robot participant that sits in your call and records it. Your guests see it, your IT team has to allow it, and in 2026 both Zoom and Google tightened the rules on exactly that. We took the other route: Zoom records the meeting natively, then hands us the finished file over its official API. Fewer moving parts, nothing new for participants to consent to, and nothing extra in the room.
How it works
1. Connect once
Authorize STT.ai from your Zoom account. We ask only for permission to read cloud recordings.
2. Record as usual
Run your meeting and hit Record to the cloud. Zoom shows participants its normal recording notice.
3. Read the notes
Minutes later the transcript, speaker labels and a summary are waiting in your library.
Speaker labels
Diarization runs on every meeting, so you can see who said what instead of a wall of undifferentiated text.
Summaries you did not ask for
Every imported call gets an AI summary automatically — the point of connecting Zoom is not having to read the call back.
99 languages
Language is detected per recording, so multilingual teams do not have to configure anything.
Exports and search
Meeting transcripts land in the same library as everything else — searchable, shareable and exportable to TXT, SRT, DOCX or PDF.
What we do with the recording
- Audio is deleted within 24 hours of transcription.
- Your meetings are never used to train models.
- We read cloud recordings only — nothing live, and nothing from meetings you did not record.
- Remove the app in Zoom and we delete the connection and its import history on the spot.
Using Google Meet?
The same recording-import approach for Google Meet is in progress. In the meantime you can upload a Meet recording from Google Drive and get the identical transcript and summary.
