So our experience has been pretty good. We can use it for what we actually needed it for. But the only issue that we had was with the battery. It was actually the battery charger. So we had to order new battery chargers because the ones that we got with the machine weren't out, or I'm not sure what happened. It was probably something from our end that we didn't handle it properly because it does say when it's green, plug it off.
