   Capítulo 2: yeah what's your favorite class at the moment I'm taking kind of a lot but I kind of like I enjoy the course work in it I must take a research method which doesn't my favorite but are you in 285 right now I'm in that one as well yeah who do you have I have need steel see I have Hajime Otani he's the chair of the department yeah yeah I was wishing that we had someone else I have my class at 930 as well what day is it on Tuesdays and Thursdays oh that's rough and I work beforehand where do you work at the office okay yeah you mentioned that you work at the office in the political science one about how many hours do you work a week for that um it's a little over 10 right now this semester but I also work off campus at Chipotle and I work like another 10 to like 12 a week okay so about like 23 hours a week maybe okay something yeah okay what do you do at Chipotle I prep food prep mornings yeah I used to work at Chipotle oh really yeah when I was younger and food prep was my least favorite to do I didn't think I was doing food prep maybe just like yep this is what you're learning okay nice great cool which next semester I have early morning classes so they're not I don't know what they're going to do that are you online what throw you online probably yeah tell me more about your social life um so I usually hang out with my one friend like almost every day probably her and I are really close um that's the one that I was getting um we go to the gym together and everything um usually social like get together maybe once a month maybe maybe twice if there's like a birthday but everyone my all of my friends are all like stem very heavy like they don't like to go out because they're they have some homework and studying to do which I completely understand that um so for the most part it's pretty quiet for the most part yeah unless there's a special occasion yeah on the weekends but the weekday my day-to-day is about the same school work gym hangout all works yeah uh do you feel like you have enough time for self-care yes and no some days I get back to the dorm and I would like to I mean I kind of count sleep as self-care okay um just because I think sometimes I don't get enough of it um but taking those few minutes like to myself or even like a face mask or something I definitely don't do like that enough even just like I've tried like meditating on there sometimes um but probably not probably won't get enough self-care yeah so I try but life gets kind of busy what in your idea is the perfect self-care routine for you well I also kind of count that my guess is my self-care okay in a way um that's therapeutic to me um just taking like 30 minutes to just kind of sit with myself like I said like a face mask or thing not thinking of School or work in any regard for at least like 30 minutes, which I definitely don't do that often, because I'm kind of a go-go-go person, so I'm always planning like my next step or like my next day, so I need 30 minutes so that I can just stop for a second and just breathe, which the gym usually is my time to do that, but even sometimes that can feel stressful, especially the staff is busy. 326s · Speaker 1
