Hoofdstuk 4: i think um at our age teenagers were very susceptible to um social media content and we we try to compare ourselves to them and there's all obviously a lot of pressure with academics extracurriculars now even getting into colleges it's not an easy task now you can't just focus on your grades and okay I'm getting into a good college you have to have a balance and I think with our well -being ambassadors we kind of encourage students to have that balance in their life because it's very important your mental health is obviously important so much definitely especially in today's day and age so i think yeah okay my viewpoint on this is that i think well -being is one of the most should be one of the most addressed topics right now because as young teenagers, 16, 17, 14, these are the times where we are very vulnerable to a lot of changes. 106s · Speaker 3
