yeah we're trying to understand the difference between service and program all right yeah so basically every service line has different services and different services will have a checklist of tasks and the documentation to be completed which we're going to configure before configuring the program so if you go to the services can you go to the services and create a service yeah cool cleaning then i will add the task for the technician about the task name and it also has the task id and but i guess we are missing here the service line right because
