RMW, their commitment to onboarding our team, again, was just incredible. We had one staff person that asked some hard questions and started to make a few demands. And even though I was a little bit frustrated by the process, RMW handled it all. They handled it well. Ray was incredible through the whole process. And we were able to get that staff person to see the light and to sign on. And so we were able to get 100% commitment from all of our staff.

Yeah, I think that for me, RMW is one firm philosophy. What it really means to me is a rising tide lifts all boats. And so being able to be with a bigger firm now where we have a lot of different unique skill sets and experiences and to have all of that in one firm that's truly aligned as one firm, to be able to help each other out and to collaborate and to share these different skill sets and ideas.
