We are more than happy that we chose RMW. And the reasoning is really our staff and our clients. Our staff remained intact or better than they were through the transition. And our clients, really, this has been seamless for them. They don't even notice that there's a difference, which is important. What they needed was continuity for both the clients and the staff, and that's what they got.

What are the benefits of partnering with RMW? The staff, benefits that we couldn't give them, the benefit of the 401k and the paid time off. We could give them some, but RMW certainly is able to give them more. RMW's one firm philosophy means to me that even though we're a national company, we operate on a community level and provide services throughout the country, but we act as though we are one unit and not individual units. We have a common goal in mind and a common strategy in mind.
