Refund Policy

Free Tier
The STT.ai free tier requires no payment. If you are using STT.ai for free, no refund is applicable.
Credits
Credits that have been used for transcription or other services are non-refundable.
Unused credit packs are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no credits from the pack have been consumed. If any credits from a pack have been used, the remaining balance is not refundable.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to subscription features until then.
Monthly plans: No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle after cancellation.
Annual plans: If you cancel within 30 days of your annual renewal, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. After 30 days, no refund is available for annual plans.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund by:
- Emailing hello@stt.ai with your account email and transaction details.
- Using the refund request form below.
- Contacting us through your account settings.
Please include your transaction ID or order confirmation when submitting a request.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
